Six Simple Steps

                              

 
1. Add 1 scoop of Runner's Relief into clean bucket filling with 75L of hot water
(42 o- 45o)

  
2. Use a digital thermometer to access the water temperature

3. Soak for 30 minutes. Splashing onto the leg prior to entry may be necessary to allow the horse to become accustomed to the water temperature and also let the horse feel solid ground in the bucket. (Usually after three treatments
they are accustomed to stand in the bucket)

6.  W rap with POLO WRAP lightly, and let
sweat on until following soak.
 
Recommendation :
Soak once or twice a day for ninety days
(no more than twice a day and no longer than 30 minutes per soaking)

  1. For proper diagnosis have your vet take an ultrasound to determine the extent of the injury, follow up ultrasound so they can then evaluate progress, recovery, and product money back policy.
  2. Ice is usually used for the first 48 hours after injury.
  3. Start soaking with Runner's Relief Therapy after 48 hours from the time of injury.
  4.  Your veterinarian will determine stall rest, hand walking, and exercise after evaluation of the injury.  (Usually 2 to 3 weeks stall rest is recommended)
  5. After 30 days of soaking with Runner's Relief  have your veterinarian take another ultrasound to allow you to monitor healing (recommended).
  6. Take the next ultrasound 75 days after soaking with Runner's Relief depending on evaluation by your veterinarian you may start exercising the horse. (Usually in a round pen) continue soaking with Runner's Relief
  7. After ninety days soaking with Runner's Relief take an ultrasound, the tendon or ligament injury should be healed.
  8. Runner's Relief Therapy is recommended once or twice a day for ninety days (no more than twice a day and no longer than 30 minutes per soaking) and is applied as a maintenance program: d uring training and after work outs.
  9. Post recovery of injury b efore and after a race or any heavy physical activities
